FAQ

How do I order?

 

You can pre-order online from our weekly menu from 9am Monday to 5pm Thursday at www.stewartkitchen.co.uk.

How do I pay?

​

We accept payment by bank transfer only. Payment details are provided during the order process or via invoice for event bookings.

​

When will my food arrive?

​

We allow an hour time slot for each order. Thirty minutes either side of the time selected. Please take this into consideration when ordering.

Can my food be heated in the container?

​

Although the base of all our containers can be heated, anything that is clear cannot withstand heat, i.e. lids or sauce pots.

​

Can I order from the weekly menu for delivery/collection on a weekday?

​

Our weekly menu is currently available for delivery/collection on Saturday and Sunday only.

​

Why can I not see what I want on this week's menu?

​

Our menu options change weekly to allow for a varied menu each week for our customers. This means our dishes our on rotation each month.

Are you registered with your local authority?

​

Yes, StewArt Kitchen was registered in May 2020. Our food safety inspection has been delayed due to the pandemic.

​

Can I add to my order?

 

You have up to Thursday 5pm to add additional items to your order. If the total is less than £15 and delivery is your preference, select collection and drop us a message.

​

What is the maximum number of people you cater for?

 

At the moment, the maximum number of heads we can cater for is 30 for our Main and Side Dish trays.

Do you offer Private Dining services?

 

Yes, we do offer Private Dining services. We are happy to discuss our menu options with you. Please note the final amount quoted will need to include: staffing, travel expenses and any miscellaneous items, ie napkins and cutlery etc

A 50% deposit will need to be made to confirm the booking and final payment will need to be made a week before the booking date. Please contact us for further information.
